2) Scope & legal basis

This Policy applies to personal data we collect online (e.g., our website, apps, social media pages) and offline (e.g., at our facilities, events).

We process personal data in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and, where relevant, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and SPDI Rules, 2011. If you are in a region with additional data rights (e.g., EEA/UK), see Section 12.


3) What we collect

The types of information we collect depend on how you interact with us:

  • Identity & contact data: name, phone number, email address, postal address.

  • Account data: login details, preferences, communication settings.

  • Vehicle & service data: vehicle make/model, registration number, VIN, service history, appointment details, warranty claims, diagnostics.

  • Payment & billing data: transaction amount, method, and limited payment instrument details processed by our payment partners (we do not store full card numbers).

  • KYC / verification data (if required by law): government-issued ID, date of birth.

  • Usage & technical data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, pages viewed, time on page, referrer URLs, app telemetry, crash logs.

  • Location data (if enabled): approximate or precise location for directions, pickup/drop, or nearby services.

  • Communications: emails, calls, chats, feedback, and support requests.

  • CCTV & visitor logs (offline): if you visit our premises, footage and entry details for security.

We may collect data directly from you, from your device, from cookies/SDKs (see Section 7), and from third parties (e.g., payment processors, analytics, social sign-on, publicly available sources).


4) Why we use your data

  • Provide Services: create/manage accounts, schedule and deliver vehicle services, diagnose issues, process payments, send confirmations.

You may withdraw consent at any time (see Section 9); this won’t affect prior processing.

  • Service providers / processors: payment gateways, IT hosting, cloud, analytics, communications, logistics, and customer support vendors (bound by contractual safeguards).

  • Partners & affiliates: where needed to deliver integrated offerings you request.

  • Legal & compliance: regulators, law enforcement, courts, or to enforce our rights.

  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets (your information may be transferred as part of the transaction).

We do not sell your personal data.

To exercise these rights, email Support@supercarclubgarage.com from your registered email and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity. We aim to respond within a reasonable time.


10) Data retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with legal/contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When no longer required, we securely delete or anonymize the data.


11) Security

We implement appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal data (e.g., access controls, encryption in transit where applicable, logging, and staff training). No system is 100% secure; please use strong passwords and notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized activity.


12) Region-specific disclosures (summary)

  • EEA/UK visitors (GDPR): You may have additional rights (data portability, objection, restriction). Our legal bases include consent, contract, legal obligation, and legitimate interests. You may contact your local supervisory authority in addition to contacting us.

  • Children: Our Services are not directed to children under 18. If we learn we have collected data from a child without appropriate consent, we will delete it.

14) Payments

Payments are processed by independent, PCI-DSS–compliant payment processors. We do not store full card numbers or CVV. Transaction metadata (amount, status, timestamp) may be retained for accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.


15) CCTV & in-person visits

To ensure safety and security at our premises, we may operate CCTV and maintain visitor logs in accordance with applicable law and our retention schedules.


16) Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our Services after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
