These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, mobile experiences, and related online services operated by JK Investor Private Limited for Super Car Club Garage (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2) Eligibility & account
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3) Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
4) Service scope (online)
Through the Services you can, among other things, browse offerings, request or schedule appointments, arrange vehicle pick-up/drop, receive estimates, pay invoices, and communicate with our team. The website may also host content such as articles, images, videos, and promotional materials.
5) Workshop & vehicle service terms
When you book service with us (online or offline), the following additional terms apply:
a) Estimates & diagnostics
Quotations are estimates based on preliminary information; final invoice may vary after full inspection.
Diagnostic checks may be chargeable and non-refundable.
b) Approvals
We will not commence work beyond the approved scope without your consent, except for safety-critical repairs required to prevent damage or risk.
c) Parts & consumables
We may use OEM, OES, or high-quality aftermarket parts, as agreed with you. Parts availability and prices can change. Any manufacturer warranty on parts is passed through to you where applicable.
d) Test drives & road risk
You authorize our staff to drive and test your vehicle (including extended road tests) for diagnostics and quality checks.
e) Valuables & accessories
Please remove personal belongings before handing over the vehicle. We are not responsible for loss/damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
f) Telemetry & photos
We may collect diagnostic data and capture photos/videos of your vehicle to document condition, work performed, and for training/quality purposes.
g) Storage & unclaimed vehicles
If a vehicle is not collected within 3 days of service completion notice, storage charges may apply. Vehicles unclaimed for 30 days may be handled per applicable law to recover dues after due notice.
h) Pick-up & drop
Pick-up/drop services are subject to availability, location, and safety considerations. Time windows are indicative and may vary due to traffic or force majeure.
6) Pricing, payment & taxes
Prices are in INR unless noted and exclusive of applicable taxes/levies.
We accept payment methods shown at checkout or on your invoice. Online payments are processed by third-party gateways; we do not store full card details.
Invoices are due on completion/collection unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may attract charges as permitted by law.
7) Cancellations, rescheduling & refunds
You may cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before the appointment time at no charge. Later cancellations/no-shows may incur a fee.
Prepaid diagnostic or special-order part charges are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.
Refunds (where applicable) are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time after approval.
8) Promotions, events & gift vouchers
Offers, discounts, and vouchers are subject to specific terms, including validity periods, eligibility, and non-transferability. We may modify or withdraw promotions at any time as permitted by law.
9) User content & reviews
If you submit reviews, images, or other content (“User Content”), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Services. You represent that you own or have rights to post the content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
10) Intellectual property
All website content, trademarks, logos, and software are owned by or licensed to JK Investor Private Limited and protected by IP laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
11) Acceptable use
You agree not to:
use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes;
attempt to gain unauthorized access or interfere with security or functionality;
introduce malware or scrape/crawl the site except as allowed by robots.txt;
misuse communications features (spam, harassment, false information).
We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
12) Third-party links & services
The Services may link to third-party websites, apps, or services. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.
13) Privacy & cookies
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information, and your choices. We use cookies/SDKs to operate and improve the Services; manage preferences via your browser or any consent tools we provide.
14) Electronic communications
You consent to receive communications (including service updates, OTPs, invoices, and marketing—where permitted) via email, SMS, WhatsApp, phone calls, and in-app notifications. You can opt out of marketing at any time; service/transactional messages may still be sent.
15) Warranties & disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
While we aim for accuracy, website content (including prices, availability, and specifications) may contain errors or be updated without notice.
Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
16) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JK Investor Private Limited and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits/revenue/data.
Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or related to the Services shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us for the relevant service in the 3 months preceding the claim or INR 10,000, whichever is higher. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, the limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted.
17) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JK Investor Private Limited, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
18) Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, labor disputes, pandemics, governmental actions, war, or disruptions to utilities or networks.
19) Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to the arbitration clause below, the courts at Thane, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Arbitration: Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The tribunal shall consist of a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with the Act. Seat and venue: Mumbai/Thane, Maharashtra. The award shall be final and binding.
20) Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, legal compliance, or risk to the Services or users. You may stop using the Services at any time.
21) Miscellaneous
Entire agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement regarding the Services.
Severability: If a provision is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
No waiver: Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our rights.
Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
